What You Need for Bacon Macaroni & Cheese Casserole:

4 slices of cooked bacon – cut into pieces

(1) 1 lb pkg elbow macaroni – cooked

3 tbsp butter – to be divided

2 tbsps flour

2 cups milk

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp celery salt

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp pepper

1 cup bread crumbs

How To Make Bacon Macaroni & Cheese Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. In a medium sauté pan over medium heat melt 2 tbsp. butter and stir in flour, when mixed well stir in milk and bring to a boil. Add shredded cheddar cheese, celery salt, onion powder, pepper, bacon and noodles; stir well and pour bacon macaroni & cheese mixture into a greased 9”x 11” casserole dish. Spinkle bread crumbs evenly over top and drizzle 1 tbsp butter over top of bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
