What You Need For Broccoli Macaroni Casserole:

(1)10.75 oz can cream of celery soup

1/2 cup milk

(1) 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets – thawed

1 cup chopped carrots

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – to be divided

(1) 8 oz pkg macaroni – cooked and drained

How to Make Broccoli Macaroni Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Be sure to thaw out broccoli several hours before preparing casserole. Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine soup, milk, broccoli, carrots, salt and pepper and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Fold in macaroni and transfer mixture to a 9” x 9” casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top and bake Broccoli Macaroni Casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
