1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
(2) 8 oz cans tomato sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups frozen hashbrowns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make Cheeseburger Hashbrown Casserole:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain fat. Add onion and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
