1 tsp cinnamon
30 Ritz crackers – crushed
5 Tbsps butter – softened
How to Make Super Easy Apricot Bake Casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9″ x 11″ casserole dish generously with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange apricot halves to cover bottom of casserole dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top, making sure to cover all the way to the edges. Dot crackers with butter and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until crackers on apricot bake casserole are a light brown.
