This Three Bean Bake Casserole has the smokey, piquant flavor of the old west. It’s loaded with a blend of fiber-rich beans that leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Smothered in the flavors of a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce and cheesy hamburger, the aroma will draw impatient eaters from around the house. What You Need For Three Bean Bake Casserole:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

(1) 28 oz can pork and beans

(1) 15 oz can garbanzo beans – drained and rinsed

(1) 15 oz can butter beans – drained and rinsed

(1) 4 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Three Bean Bake Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large sauté pan brown the ground beef and drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and continue cooking over medium-high heat. Add pork & beans, garbanzo beans and butter bean; mix well.

Fold in cheddar cheese and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Spray bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake three bean bake casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for bake 25 minutes.
